A certain flow of nitrogen and hydrogen enter the purification device at the same time, and are uniformly mixed through the nitrogen-hydrogen automatic proportioning device and the static mixer, and then enter the catalytic deoxidizer. Under the action of the catalyst, the residual oxygen in the nitrogen reacts with hydrogen to form water, which is a chemical reaction. Formula: 2H2+02=2H2O, the nitrogen enters the dehydrogenator to remove excess hydrogen after filtering the water. If the process allows a certain amount of hydrogen to be contained in the nitrogen, it will not be dehydrogenated. The nitrogen is finally removed by a freeze dryer and a suction dryer to obtain dry high-purity nitrogen.

   XQD type is non-dehydrogenation type, XQD is dehydrogenation type. The process is particularly suitable for industries such as heat treatment, powder metallurgy, copper smelting and processing, steel deep processing, bearings, chemicals, electronics, glass, metal materials, and magnetic materials.

  The hydrogenation purification device is equipped with an automatic nitrogen-hydrogen proportioning device according to the working conditions. It can automatically calculate and control the amount of hydrogen added according to the amount and purity of the nitrogen flow. Fully automatic control, the equipment is sensitive, the lagging amount is small, and the adjustment accuracy is high.

  All electrical appliances in contact with hydrogen are explosion-proof electrical appliances, which are safe and reliable.

  Nitrogen and hydrogen mixing is completed in a static mixer, with good mixing effect and low hydrogen consumption.
