1. Product introduction
At a certain temperature, the residual oxygen and the carbon provided by the carbon-supported catalyst undergo an oxidation reaction: CO2 generated by C+O2 is removed by a pressure swing adsorption process and deeply dehydrated to obtain high-purity nitrogen.
