 The third public open day of Sinograin was held in Beijing on the 18th. At this open day, Sinograin showcased how it deepens grain storage technological innovation and implements the "storing grain through technology" strategy.
According to the introduction, at present, the Sinograin system has basically formed a technical system architecture with low-temperature (near-low-temperature) storage as the main method in the north and temperature control and gas-controlled storage as the main method in the south. The technological grain storage coverage rate of central reserve grain exceeds 98%. The suitable storage rate of central reserve grain has rapidly increased from 60% at the time of the company's establishment and stabilized at over 95%. The comprehensive storage loss rate of central reserve grain has decreased from over 2% to less than 1%. Many grain storage "black technologies" were unveiled at this open day.
First is the inner circulation temperature control technology: In summer, when the warehouse temperature reaches the set temperature, the system automatically starts, transporting the cold source in the grain pile to the warehouse space to reduce the warehouse temperature, humidity, and the temperature of the surface grain. The warehouse temperature is controlled at 25℃, the warehouse humidity is reduced to below 35%, and the surface grain temperature is controlled below 25℃, achieving near-low-temperature green grain storage.
 Secondly, there is the intelligent ventilation technology for grain warehouses: Intelligent ventilation technology for grain warehouses is based on real-time and accurate grain information and meteorological information. Referring to the intelligent ventilation mathematical model and parameterized ventilation conditions, it intelligently selects the ventilation mode, accurately captures the ventilation timing, and automatically switches the ventilation windows, ventilation ducts, and ventilation equipment facilities to achieve ventilation operations for different purposes such as cooling ventilation, heat exhaust ventilation, water-retaining ventilation, and natural ventilation.
  During ventilation operations, operators only need to set the ventilation target value on the computer. The expert system built into the system will automatically determine whether to ventilate and issue signals to control the on-site ventilation facilities and equipment to achieve intelligent ventilation operations until the ventilation is complete.
  This technology can effectively avoid ineffective, harmful, and water-loss ventilation, greatly reducing energy consumption and labor intensity, reducing losses, improving economic efficiency, and achieving the characteristics of near-low-temperature green grain storage.
  Thirdly, there is intelligent gas-control technology. Intelligent gas-controlled grain storage technology is a combination of nitrogen gas-controlled grain storage and an intelligent control system. Based on the type and quantity of pests in the grain pile, combined with the grain temperature and the airtightness of the warehouse, it automatically confirms the gas charging process and target concentration, and automatically starts the nitrogen generator and other related equipment. Through the top-charging and bottom-strong-exhausting process and the airbag concentration maintenance process, the grain is subjected to gas-controlled pest control and preservation and storage. When the nitrogen gas in the grain pile reaches the target concentration, the system automatically shuts down, and the grain pile is stored in a sealed state. This achieves the purpose of pest control, mildew prevention, and green quality preservation storage.
  The grain warehouse will determine the concentration of nitrogen gas to be filled based on the different purposes of nitrogen filling. A 98% nitrogen gas concentration achieves pest control, 95% nitrogen gas concentration achieves pest prevention, and 90% nitrogen gas concentration achieves preservation and storage. This technology allows grain warehouse managers to ensure grain storage and food quality safety in a green and environmentally friendly way without using any chemical agents, and without toxicity, harm, or pollution.
  Temperature field cloud map technology is also one of the black technologies. According to the introduction, temperature field cloud map technology uses computer software to collect temperature and humidity fields in the grain pile and perform multi-field coupling analysis. It uses computer language to draw a visualized "dynamic cloud map of grain conditions," combining physical imprints and information imprints such as warehouse type characteristics, grain storage characteristics, and regional environment for fingerprint processing of the cloud map. It automatically analyzes the characteristic distribution of the fighting, winnowing, long line, and seasonal lines in the real-time and historical grain condition cloud map to analyze and predict and forecast the grain storage status and changes, judge the safety status of the quantity and quality of grain storage, and provide effective technical support and tool services for realizing process monitoring of the safe quantity of grain storage and quality safety management. It has the technical characteristics of real-time monitoring and early warning, intuitive cloud map presentation, and traceable data.
