A nitrogen generator refers to a nitrogen generator with a large nitrogen flow rate, such as hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of cubic meters per hour. The principle is to use compressed air after oil and water removal as raw material, and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, and the nitrogen generator maintains low pressure.

According to the different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen in pure air in the carbon molecular sieve of the liquid nitrogen generator, the compressed air is switched to another adsorption tower for the same adsorption work, and the saturated adsorption tower is desorbed by reducing the pressure. The opening of the right exhaust valve allows these three valves to open to complete the left suction process, while the right adsorption tower desorbs. When the process is in a pressure equilibrium state, the solenoid valve controlling the pressure equilibrium is energized, other valves are closed, and the pilot gas is connected to the opening of the pressure equilibrium valve, so that the valve is opened to complete the pressure equilibrium process.

This process is called left suction, lasting tens of seconds.
