When the adsorption of nitrogen and other impurities in the adsorption tower reaches a certain level, the decreasing pressure causes the zeolite molecular sieve to desorb, which is the regeneration of the adsorbent and can be reused. Two adsorption towers are selected to work in a cycle under the control of the PLC, producing high-quality oxygen one after another.

5. Various pipelines, valves, valve flanges, gaskets, fasteners, etc. The fractionation column must use standard parts that meet safety regulations, and the construction and installation unit must be a qualified operation unit.
6. Oxygen production personnel belong to special operation personnel and need to participate in safety training from relevant departments. They can only take up their posts after passing the assessment.
7. Oxygen production operations should strictly follow relevant safety operating procedures, regularly discharge liquid oxygen, and must not operate at overtemperature, overpressure, or overload.
During long-term use of the laboratory liquid nitrogen generator, maintenance should be paid attention to in order to extend the service life of the equipment. The following is a brief introduction to the maintenance methods.
1. During operation, if a large amount of black dust is found in the cavity, the cause should be stopped and found immediately to prevent further pulverization of the carbon molecular sieve.
2. The carbon molecular sieve is its core. To prevent pollution and loss of function, the oil content of the air compressor exhaust gas must be strictly controlled, and the precision filter element and activated carbon in the high-efficiency oil remover must be replaced regularly.
3. Regularly check the pressure gauge of the compression cylinder. If there is no pressure or the pressure drops during desorption, the cylinder cannot tighten the carbon molecular sieve normally, and the carbon molecular sieve cannot move. The problem needs to be solved in time to avoid the generation of molecular sieve powder. When the carbon molecular sieve gap is rebuilt or normal wear and tear causes a carbon level alarm, adding carbon molecular sieve must be stopped immediately. The storage, transportation, and loading and unloading of carbon molecular sieves are harmless to the human body. When filling carbon molecular sieves, wear goggles, respiratory filters, and exhaust fans. After filling, wash the skin contact areas with soap.
