  Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) air separation equipment adsorbs at high pressure. This method is based on the selective adsorption separation of oxygen and nitrogen components in the air by molecular sieves to obtain oxygen. Gas separation is achieved, and the adsorbent is regenerated at low pressure. Oxygen molecules remain in the gas phase and become oxygen. The adsorption capacity of the molecular sieve is restored. For continuous oxygen supply, the air is compressed, and when passing through the adsorption tower equipped with molecular sieves, nitrogen molecules are preferentially adsorbed. When adsorption reaches equilibrium, the nitrogen molecules adsorbed on the surface of the molecular sieve are removed by depressurization or vacuuming. The device usually has two or more adsorption towers, one tower adsorbs oxygen, and the other tower desorbs to achieve the purpose of continuous oxygen production.

  The pressure swing adsorption air separation equipment mainly consists of two adsorption towers equipped with carbon molecular sieves a and b and a control system. After the nitrogen passes through, it flows out from the top of the tower. At the same time, the molecular sieve in tower a is regenerated. When compressed air (pressure is usually 0.8MPa) passes from bottom to top through tower a, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve. When the molecular sieve in tower a is saturated, it switches to tower b for the above adsorption process. PSA nitrogen generation technology is a high-tech technology that directly produces nitrogen from air at room temperature, causing the pressure to quickly drop to normal pressure, which is the process of releasing oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water adsorbed by the molecular sieve from the molecular sieve. Regeneration refers to the process of discharging the gas in the adsorption tower into the atmosphere, after decades of application.
