Summary: The industrial oxygen generator's operation is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) that manages five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves. When the power is off, the pilot gas of the five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves is connected to the closing ports of the pneumatic pipeline valves.

When the process is in the left suction state, the solenoid valve controlling the left suction is energized, and the pilot gas is connected to the openings of the left suction valve, left suction air valve, and right exhaust valve, causing these three valves to open and complete the left suction process, while the right adsorption tower is desorbed.

  Precautions for operation and use of the industrial oxygen generator:

   1Adjust the regulating valve before the flow meter and the oxygen valve after the flow meter according to the air pressure and air volume. Do not adjust the flow rate arbitrarily to ensure the normal operation of the industrial oxygen generator.

  The opening of the inlet valve and the oxygen valve should not be too large to ensure that the purity meets the requirements.

  Valves adjusted by the commissioning personnel should not be rotated arbitrarily to avoid affecting the purity.

  Do not move the electrical equipment in the electronic control panel, nor should you disassemble the pneumatic pipeline valves.

  Operators should regularly check the four pressure gauges on the industrial oxygen generator and use pressure changes as daily records to analyze equipment failures.

  Regularly observe the outlet pressure, flow meter readings, and oxygen purity, compare them with the performance sheet values, and solve problems in a timely manner.

   Maintain the industrial oxygen generator according to technical requirementsThe compressor, air dryer, and filter should be maintained to ensure air quality. The compressor and air dryer should be checked at least several times a year, and wearing parts must be replaced according to equipment maintenance regulations. Filter elements requiring maintenance must be replaced immediately.

   8When overhauling equipment, the air must be cut off(gas cylinder pressure gauge shows zero) and the power must be cut off before maintenance.

  1. The power indicator light is on, and the left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction indicator lights cycle on, indicating the oxygen generation process.

When the industrial oxygen generatorWhen the left suction indicator light is on, and the pressure is balanced, the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually rises from the balanced pressure to a higher level, while the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually decreases from the balanced pressure to zero. When the pressure equalization indicator light is on, the pressure of the left and right adsorption towers will gradually reach a balanced state of one rising and one falling.

  3. When the right suction indicator light is on, and the pressure is balanced, the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually rises from the balanced pressure to a higher level, while the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually decreases from the balanced pressure to zero. 4. The oxygen outlet pressure indicates that the gas pressure is normal. The pressure will fluctuate slightly during use, but the change should not be too large.

  5. The flow rate indicated by the industrial oxygen generator flow meter should be basically stable and should not fluctuate excessively. The indicated value of the flow meter should not exceed the rated gas production of the oxygen generation equipment.

   6.Industrial Oxygen GeneratorThe indicated value of the oxygen meter should not be less than the rated purity of the oxygen generation equipment. There may be slight fluctuations, but the fluctuations should not be too large.
