  1. Ensure a normal supply and switching of the power supply, gas source, and temperature conditions required by the liquid nitrogen generator equipment; in particular, stabilize the power voltage to reduce damage to the controller and solenoid valves caused by power failures.

  2. Always pay attention to the pressure of the air tank, ensuring it remains between 0.6~0.8MPa and does not fall below the rated value.


  3. Check the automatic drain daily to prevent blockages that render it ineffective. If blocked, slightly open the manual valve, close the automatic drain valve, remove the automatic drain plug, and disassemble it for cleaning. When cleaning the automatic drain, use soapy water.


  4. Regularly check the three pressure gauges of the nitrogen generator, record daily pressure changes, and constantly monitor the flow meter and nitrogen purity for equipment fault analysis, maintaining waste gas nitrogen purity.


  5. Check the freezing effect of the freeze dryer weekly to prevent freeze dryer malfunctions from causing water ingress into the nitrogen generator and carbon molecular sieve poisoning.


  6. Operate and perform daily maintenance according to equipment specifications, and regularly check the sensitivity of solenoid valves/pneumatic valves, the pressure range of regulators, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the tightness of the adsorption tower, the exhaust of the muffler, and the cleanliness of the flow meter inner tube, etc.


  Periodic Maintenance of Liquid Nitrogen Generator Equipment:


  1. Air handling unit inspection: How is the freezing effect of the freeze dryer? Regularly replace the pipeline filter elements (every 6 months), improving air quality.


  2. Replace the nitrogen generator activated carbon (every 12 months). One function of activated carbon is oil removal; reducing the oil content in the air can prevent carbon buildup and molecular sieve contamination/poisoning in the nitrogen generator.


  3. Measurement and calibration of the nitrogen gas analyzer in the nitrogen generation unit; the general lifespan of a nitrogen gas analyzer is 2-3 years. It is recommended to replace it after its lifespan to avoid incorrect determination of the purity of the nitrogen generation unit and product losses.


  4. To ensure normal operation, users are advised to keep spare solenoid and pneumatic valves.


  5. Analyze the nitrogen yield of the nitrogen generation unit carbon molecular sieve (replace every 5-6 years) to ensure it meets customer needs. During maintenance, add or replace the nitrogen generator's carbon molecular sieve according to customer usage.
