The principle of industrial oxygen generators is different from that of household ones. Industrial oxygen generators use air separation technology. First, air is compressed to a high density.   Industrial Oxygen GeneratorWorking Principle:

  The operation of an industrial oxygen generator is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) that actuates five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves. These valves, in turn, control the opening and closing of ten pneumatic pipeline valves.

  The five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves control the left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction states. The timing sequences for left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction are stored in the PLC. In the power-off state, the pilot devices of the five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves are all connected to the closed ports of the pneumatic control valve.

  When the process is in the left suction state, the power to the left suction solenoid valve is activated, the pressure equalization valve is energized, and other valves are closed. The pilot device connects to the open port of the pressure equalization valve, opening it to complete the pressure equalization process. When the process is in the right suction state, the power to the right suction solenoid valve is activated. The pilot device opens the right suction valve, right exhaust valve, and left exhaust valve, completing the right suction process, while simultaneously the left suction tower is discharged. Except for the valves that need to be opened during each process, all other valves must remain closed.

  Industrial Oxygen Generator Application Notes:

  1. Adjust the pressure reducing valve before the steam flow meter and the oxygen valve after the steam flow meter according to the working pressure and gas supply. Do not adjust the flow rate arbitrarily to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

  2. If the gas check valve and CO2 production valve are open too wide, the purity cannot be guaranteed.

  3. Operators should not arbitrarily rotate the gate valves to avoid affecting purity.

  4. Do not tamper with the electrical equipment in the electrical compartment, nor arbitrarily disassemble pneumatic valves.

  5. Operators should regularly check the four pressure gauges in the machine, recording the working pressures daily and analyzing any potential equipment malfunctions.

  6. Promptly check the inlet working pressure, steam flow meter readings, and CO2 purity, comparing them to the values on the specification sheet, and addressing any discrepancies immediately.

  7. WhenIndustrial Oxygen Generatormaintaining the equipment, ensure the air compressor gas cylinder pressure gauge shows 0 and the power is switched off before proceeding.
