1. Appearance Inspection
 
Before leaving the factory, a visual inspection of all aspects of the equipment we provide is carried out. This includes checking for consistent paint color, smooth surfaces, scratches or damage, whether weld seams are properly finished without burrs or residual weld spatter, the rationality and aesthetics of the equipment structure, the stability of the base, the neatness and safety of the electrical control wiring, etc.
 
2. Leak Test
 
In the factory, the oxygen generation equipment is connected to the air compressor and air pretreatment equipment, and the entire system is test-run to check for gas leaks in the pipelines and valves of the oxygen generator.
 
3. Electrical Control and Instrumentation Inspection
 
During the equipment trial run at our factory, the electrical control system is checked for normal operation according to the methods in this manual, and the pressure gauges, flow meters, and other instruments are checked for normal operation.
 
4. Technical Index Test
 
In the factory, simulating the user's entire oxygen generation equipment usage conditions and requirements, the oxygen generation equipment is connected to the air compressor and air pretreatment equipment. The entire system is test-run to check the actual oxygen production, purity, dew point, and other parameters to determine whether the equipment meets the contract's technical specifications.
 
5. Equipment Packaging and Check
 
After the factory inspection of all the equipment provided is completed, before the entire set of equipment is transported, the equipment that needs to be packaged is packaged for suitable transportation.
