  1. The carbon molecular sieve is the core of the small liquid nitrogen equipment. In order to prevent it from being polluted and losing its function, it is necessary to strictly control the oil content of the air compressor exhaust gas and regularly replace the filter element of the precision filter and the activated carbon in the high-efficiency oil remover.

  2. When a small liquid nitrogen machine is running, if a large amount of black dust is sprayed from the exhaust port of the silencer, the machine should be stopped immediately to find out the cause to prevent more serious pulverization of the carbon molecular sieve.

  3. Regularly check the pressure gauge of the compression cylinder. If there is no pressure or pressure drop during desorption, it indicates that the cylinder cannot compress the carbon molecular sieve normally. The fault should be eliminated in time to prevent the carbon molecular sieve from pulverizing due to movement without being compressed. When a carbon position alarm occurs due to gap reorganization or normal loss of carbon molecular sieve, adding carbon molecular sieve must be stopped immediately. The storage, transportation, and loading and unloading of carbon molecular sieve will not harm the human body. Safety glasses, respiratory filters, and exhaust fans can be worn when filling carbon molecular sieve. After filling, the skin contact area should be washed with soap.
