Summary: Industrial oxygen generators' air separation primarily consists of two adsorption towers containing molecular sieves. At room temperature, compressed air, after filtration, dehydration, and drying, enters the adsorption tower. Within the tower, nitrogen in the air is adsorbed by the molecular sieves, enriching the oxygen in the gas phase and storing it in an oxygen buffer tank. Simultaneously, the molecular sieves in the other tower, which have already adsorbed nitrogen, undergo rapid depressurization, releasing the adsorbed components. Alternating cycles between the two towers achieve a purity of ≥90%. The entire system's valve switching is automatically controlled by a computer.
