  The main parameters of an oxygen generator are: power consumption and oxygen production, usually reflected by the output oxygen flow rate and concentration. In addition, important parameters of the oxygen generator include: the working pressure of the oxygen generator and the pressure at the oxygen outlet. The core of the oxygen generator is a molecular sieve air separation oxygen generator with patented technology, equipped with an oxygen generator unit composed of different sizes of oxygen generators with corresponding air compressors.

  Industrial Oxygen Generators's characteristics

  The equipment is developed and manufactured according to needs, aiming to provide convenience for production. Even with the same equipment, different manufacturing technologies and principles have been developed in different Applications.

  The working process of the industrial oxygen generator is completed by controlling five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves through a programmable logic controller (PLC), and then controlling the opening and closing of ten pneumatic pipeline valves through the solenoid valves. The five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves control the left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction states respectively. The time flow of left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction has been stored in the PLC. In the power-off state, the pilot gas of the pilot solenoid valve is connected to the closing port of the pneumatic pipeline valve. When the process is in the left suction state, the solenoid valve controlling the left suction is energized, and the pilot gas is connected to the opening of the left suction valve, left suction air valve, and right exhaust valve, causing these three valves to open and complete the left suction process, while the right adsorption tower is desorbed.

  Based on absorbing the advanced technology of similar imported equipment, we have accumulated experience over the years and introduced a complete set of equipment, including pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generators, nitrogen purification devices, ammonia decomposition hydrogen furnaces, hydrogen purification devices, hydrogen-nitrogen ratio devices, and various non-standard gas devices.

  Industrial Oxygen Generator: When the process is in the pressure equalization state, the solenoid valve controlling the pressure equalization is energized, and other valves are closed; the pilot gas is connected to the opening of the pressure balance valve, the pressure balance valve opens the valve and completes the pressure balance process. When the process is in the right suction state, the solenoid valve controlling the right suction is energized, and the pilot gas is connected to the opening of the right suction air valve, right suction valve, and left exhaust valve, causing these three valves to open and complete the right suction process. The left adsorption tower is desorbed simultaneously. In each part of the process, all valves except the valves that should be opened should be closed.
